BioeconomyVentures, as a co-organizer, is proud to announce the 2023 edition of the Pitch Perfect Event that will take place at Sheraton Brussels Airport, on Monday September 25th, 2023. The event is aimed at SMEs, startups, tech providers, pilot facilities, corporations, and investors seeking synergies, impact deal-making, and fundraising.
After the third successful edition of September 2022 (220+ participants, 70 top-notch pitches and 500+ B2B meetings), the event aims at 300 participants and 99 pitches this year and would herewith kindly like to invite you to attend.
Out of the 99 pitches happening during this event, BioeconomyVentures project will select and provide entry tickets for around 22 pitchers and startups looking for finance (Ticket cost – 149 EUR ). There are other pitching slots with different aims (emerging technologies, microbial protein transition players, biowaste conversion technologies, and pitches for pilot facilities), however, BioeconomyVentures will enable only those companies seeking finance and participating in this pitching session.
The pitches will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis. It is strongly recommend to send the abstract by the 1st of August

The event will also host an exhibition in the spacious “Atrium” of the venue which is also used as catering and main networking area. A booth (595€ incl. one free registration, excl. VAT) can be booked by sending an email to anneleen.de.vriendt@bbeu.org.
Finally, there will be an optional pre-event advisory service provided to the attending startups to best prepare for the event.
