The project workflow is articulated in 4 main phases:
Lead generation: Network’s creation, and setting up the Ambassadors’ Programme, the BioeconomyVentures Platform and the Evaluation Matrix.
Lead conversion: Recruiting the start-ups and spin-offs in the best position to address the selected corporations’ challenges.
Deal nurturing & funding: Guidance of the engaged start-ups and spin-offs in securing financing and accessing the market through matchmaking and connection with the investors’ community.
Scalability & Sustainability: Design of a business and exploitation plan that will ensure the functioning of the BioeconomyVentures platform also after the end of the project.
